Maggie’s coaching has been a complete game-changer for our family. Prior to her help, our 14 month old son was heavily reliant on mom to go to bed and resettle throughout the night despite our commitment to a bedtime routine. Maggie understood our desperation for sleep and went to work immediately turning around a custom plan for us within a week. She gave us multiple plans to choose from, and she really listened to our concerns. We implemented her plan and, after a few critical tweaks to our routine and cues to help us understand our son’s needs, we had better sleep instantly. He was finally sleeping through the night and going down for naps without a battle. We went on a friends trip 6 weeks later and were able to EASILY get our son to bed and down for naps, and we were able to play games and enjoy adult time with our friends- something we could only dream of months before. We are so grateful for Maggie’s coaching and ongoing support. Finally getting sleep and getting a handle on naps has given us our energy and lives back. Truly invaluable.
